This is a follow-up to a story that was on the Vine either last week or early this week (I forget). Glad this woman was acquitted, it would have sent a chilling effect had she been found guilty.
A very interesting read. I hadn't heard of the "1% doctrine" before specifically, but it does make sense in a way. The problem, in my opinion, is that you'll pretty much over-react to everything, ensuring that you waste resources on every possible problem you encounter.

Well, looks like that pharmacist may have crossed the line when he shot the 16 year old kid the second time. If he truly was unconscious when killed, this amounts more to execution than self-defense and the guy deserves jail time for it.
